"I recently purchased the Ultimate Sensor from SmartHomeShop, and I am extremely satisfied with both the product and service! Delivery to Estonia was impressively fast, arriving in just 4 days. The packaging was very professional, ensuring the product arrived in perfect condition. As for the sensor itself, it's high-quality and feels very premium. The comprehensive manual made setup a breeze, even for someone not super tech-savvy. I highly recommend this product and the shop for anyone looking for reliable smart home devices!"

"Efficient, Easy to Use, and easy to install! I purchased the smart water meter from Smart Home Shop, and I am thoroughly impressed! Installation was a breeze, and the meter integrates seamlessly with my smart home system. The real-time monitoring feature is fantastic—I’m able to track my water usage when someone takes a shower, which helps the family push each other to save water. The data is clear and easy to understand, and the app is a game changer for staying on top of my water consumption. Overall, this meter is not only saving me money but also helping me be more eco-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make their home smarter and more efficient!"

"I've bought several home automation devices here and they all work as intended, great packaging, you can definately see that great care is taken into getting a nice product out there. The aftersales (or presales for that matter) is great with direct access through discord where support and a (small) community is present for assistance if needed."

"I ordered the WaterMeterKit V2.0 for my analog Sensus water meter. The order was handled efficiently. After receiving it, installation was incredibly easy with the included adapter and manual. Simply follow the steps. It's great to see that Home Assistant immediately recognizes the WaterMeterKit. Excellent product! Highly recommended."

"Good smart home products that aren't cloud-dependent. I have both the Ultimate Sensor Mini and the WaterP1meterKit, and both are easy to connect to Home Assistant and EspHome. The WaterP1meterKit was also easy to screw onto the water meter and connect to the P1 meter. Ordering through the webshop was easy. Delivery time was a bit longer because some products were out of stock at the time of ordering. This was clearly indicated, so it wasn't a problem."

Home Assistant

New to smart home? Start with Home Assistant.

Home Assistant runs locally on your mini PC, Raspberry Pi, or home server. No mandatory cloud, no lock-in, and a clear starting point for your first dashboards, automations, and integrations.

Our products fit that local-first approach, so you can move quickly from installation to a working setup.

Why this works

100% local on your own network

No mandatory cloud, no lock-in, and direct control over your setup.

Fast and stable

Local communication keeps automations fast and reliable.

Built for integration

Our hardware and firmware connect directly to Home Assistant.

What is it

Your smart-home operating system

Connect different brands, build dashboards, and automate everything from one central hub.

How to start

In 3 simple steps

  1. 1 Install Home Assistant OS on your device
  2. 2 Open the interface and create your dashboard
  3. 3 Add our products as integrations

Important

Our role: hardware and firmware

We provide hardware and firmware integrations. You keep full control over your data, settings, and network connection.

ESPHome & Open Source

Our code runs on ESPHome

ESPHome is the firmware layer on the device itself (the software inside the sensor/kit). Home Assistant then communicates with that firmware locally on your own network. This keeps your data and control local, with a strong security baseline through local communication and encrypted API connections. This gives you a clear stack: hardware → ESPHome firmware → Home Assistant dashboard.
